The following projects are designed to engage Saginaw Valley students and the surrounding community with the joys of science and learning

In Spring of 2023, Hemmeter Elementary students painted with bacteria, learned about germs with GloGerm, and used microscopes. They also drew their "coolest" bacteria and voted on the top 6 winning drawings, which are now displayed on the wall outside the SVSU Biology Department.
